I was talking with an entrepreneur about their business and some new opportunities that had come up that needed his attention.
There are two people that own this company, and they are very different owners. One thinks conservatively and the other wants wild global dominance and will grow the company at any cost.
An offer was on the table for them to consider which would move the company into a very different and potentially risky arena. The conservative owner was asked “Would you embrace this new change? It would mean you putting more money in than ever before which is very risky. However, huge risk equals huge payout.”
The conservative owner was very mild mannered and hated confrontation. Even though his intuition was screaming at him saying “This does NOT feel right!”, he simply said “Sure, I’m comfortable with that”.
He was as far away from comfortable as he could get, but he was afraid to voice his opinion because his counterpart had been working on this offer for months. In his opinion, his partner did not see the many pitfalls that were not right for where their company was currently sitting both financially and physically.
WHY DID HE DO THAT?
The problem is that when you are saying “Yes” to what you really mean as “No”, a snowball effect will happen in which you can spend years building a career that you don’t even like.
I know this sounds crazy; however, this is actually true – I know because I did it myself with my “career” for decades.

If these are your circumstances, I want you to know that we can correct this situation. You can be successful and earn great money no matter how far off you are along your path to happiness & success!
Because you are not being HONEST WITH YOURSELF about what is or isn’t working for you.
This can show up as you working in a profession that does not suit you or allow you to use your gifts.
WHAT IS THE BEST WAY TO MOVE FORWARD?
TO THINE OWN SELF BE TRUE! BE HONEST WITH YOURSELF & OTHERS!
I know this sounds so ridiculously easy, but you would be surprised at how many people do not follow or listen to their own intuition. In all that you do, every single brief conversation or some that go on for hours, be true to you and what you want for a future.
If you don’t want to work long hours, don’t.
If you don’t want to live on an island but love the snow! Find a place in the snow.

At the end of the day, it’s your life and your career. Only you get to choose how honest you want to be with yourself about your happiness. The happiness part is not something I can fix; it is up to you how you want to move forward in this challenging world.
There are many bad things happening on Earth, why not put out some good vibes and shine your light? This can only happen if you are happy, and happiness comes from knowing who you are and listening to your intuition. This will aid others; help the planet and you will be a whole lot happier.
