Embrace Your Power

Wellington, Florida   -   Dates
Brief statement about what this retreat is and why they should attend

Your retreat experience includes -

Overnight accommodations for Friday and Saturday nights, all meals as noted on the schedule, and all coaching sessions. It does not include transportation to the venue, or any meals on your own. Question - does it include stabling for their horse?

Day 1

Arrive Mid-day.  Lunch together as a group, and welcome

Afternoon session:

Our first session will focus on meditation/visualization and how it relates to your goals with your horse, ah-ha moments where you are unconsciously having negative talk and replacing it with confidence, creation of boundaries (personal and with your horse if needed)

Dinner

Evening:  on your own (journaling? any special activity?)

Day 2

Breakfast

Morning Session:

Today we start by reviewing your goals - what do you want to achieve.  We'll talk about how this program works, and it's benefits.  Then, we will begin our Mindful work (without horses today), teaching you the process of mindfulness

Lunch

Afternoon Session:

This afternoon, we will move to Mindset Work with horses:

  • for riders tacking up and mounting up  - You will focus on self-talk, review of goals, recognizing unconscious negative self-talk and reworking to positive energy

  • for non-riders - You will explore how humans interact with horses, what a positive mindset can do opening up communication with horses - and how that carries over into your day-to-day life

Dinner

Evening Session:

Art for Confidence or Drumming Circle. This evening's activity will include positive meditation led by Julie

Day 3

Breakfast

Morning Yoga (I assume this is the first part of the morning session - is it before breakfast or after?)

Morning Session: this seems like a lot for the morning, especially if it's on top of yoga.  Is one of these an afternoon session?

  • Review of yesterday’s process, Q&A, what you've learned

  • Time with Birds of Prey – Osprey, Falcons etc.  Includes live holding of birds and flying them with falconer

  • Back to the barn - Mindset work to find out how quickly you can get into flow and work on your energy. You'll spend time practicing visualization for what you want to achieve with your horse.

Lunch

Afternoon Session: if they're not leaving til 4, shouldn't there be an afternoon session?

Late afternoon send-off (4:00 pm)
